We are seeking a motivated, organized, and confident full-time
Junior Sales Associate (FX/CFD
) for one of our established, thriving fintech firm in Nicosia.

We're looking for a Junior Sales Associate who is eager to learn and grow. No prior experience needed – just a hunger for knowledge and the willingness to learn from some of the best in the industry

This role offers you the chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients interested in trading and help them understand how our platform works.
  • Answer client questions through email, chat, Telegram, or Zoom.
  • Learn the ins and outs of selling, build trust, and guide clients towards making informed decisions.
  • Support marketing and product teams with valuable insights and feedback from users.

You Bring

  • Fluent in English + Spanish or Italian.
  • Curiosity about financial markets, crypto, and trading.
  • Confident communicator in both speaking and writing, or a desire to improve these skills.
  • Ability to ask insightful questions and keep trying when faced with challenges.
  • Motivated, organized, and passionate about helping others make decisions.
  • Bonus if you:
  • Have experience in sales, customer support, or trading.
