We are seeking a highly skilled Head of SportsBooks to spearhead the development of our cutting-edge sportsbook platform. This is your opportunity to lead a transformative project in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the development of our Sportsbook platform.
  • Ensure the platform is built with seamless performance, top-notch security, and scalability at its core.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align features with business goals, delivering a world-class product.
  • Oversee the integration of third-party APIs, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Continuously enhance the platform's architecture to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Make strategic decisions on the technology stack, tools, and processes.
  • Mentor and guide your team, cultivating a culture of excellence and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Manager, Tech Lead, or Architect in the sportsbook or Gaming industry.
  • Deep knowledge of high-load systems and the ability to design robust, scalable solutions.
  • Expertise in sportsbook architecture and the unique challenges of high-demand environments.
  • Strong proficiency in microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.
  • Extensive experience with third-party API integration in the sportsbook domain.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, paired with technical ingenuity.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities, excelling in collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); other languages are a plus.
