Project
As part of the financial department of a new IT company, you will work on establishing robust reconciliation processes that ensure the accuracy and transparency of all financial transactions. The team is responsible for daily and monthly reconciliations, settlements, and top-ups — creating a strong financial control framework that supports growth, compliance, and trust across multiple payment providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage automated & manual payouts and refunds via internal platform and PSP back offices.
  • Verify daily execution vs. schedule; resolve payout status issues (failed/returned).
  • Handle operational chats (missing deposit, withdrawal confirmation) and provide references/returns.
  • Monitor operational balances across MIDs/currencies; initiate transfers where needed.
  • Coordinate with Risk (verify/schedule) and with Reconciliation for manual corrections.
  • Communicate with PSP teams on transactional incidents and operational updates.
  • Keep concise runbooks/docs; propose process improvements and light automation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial operations/payments (hands-on).
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets (filters, lookups, structured logs).
  • Practical understanding of payout flows, refunds, PSP statuses.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+ (daily written comms).
  • High attention to detail, fast response, ownership mindset.

 Nice to have:

  • Experience with SAP, PowerBI (user-level, reports/exports).
  • Familiarity with payment gateways, PSP back offices.
  • Exposure to workflow automation (forms, scripts, checklists).
