Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a PSP & Reconciliation Specialist based in Cyprus. The role involves overseeing payment card processing activities, reconciling transaction discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. You will analyze payment data, address and resolve financial discrepancies, and work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations. Additionally, you will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address queries related to payments and reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with PSPs in the forex or payments industry.
  • Experience in reconciliation (Methodos).
  • Strong understanding of payment flows.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple PSPs and processes simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
