Job Overview

We are seeking for a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to take over the smooth operation of the Front Office Desk at our Office.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Covering and supporting Front Desk/ Reception by handling visitors, operating a multi-line telephone system, managing incoming/ outgoing packages and mail.
  • Organizing and filing physical documents and maintaining digital records
  • Managing invoices and receipts.
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Assisting the Management in key administrative functions
  • Performing any other relevant duties that may be requested or required by the Management of the Company.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior years of experience in administrative roles will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft (Office, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
