About the Role

We are seeking a
Junior Legal and Compliance Officer
to join our growing team to support the company's legal, regulatory, and compliance functions, helping to ensure that all operations align with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining and organizing legal documentation, conducting research on relevant regulations, assisting with regulatory filings and audits, and supporting management in monitoring adherence to internal procedures.

to build a strong foundation in legal and regulatory compliance within the fast-paced and evolving FinTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of legal documents, records, and databases.
  • Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the Fintech industry.
  • Support the management team in monitoring and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory filings and audits.
  • Facilitate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of legal and regulatory principles is preferred.
