We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead and oversee all operational functions of our Cyprus office. This role focuses on office administration, HR, back office, and customer support by directly managing the department managers and ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and directly manage department managers for HR, Back Office, Customer Support, and Office Administration.
  • Ensure efficient daily operations, regulatory compliance, and process optimization.
  • Drive hiring, training, and development initiatives in collaboration with HR.
  • Oversee customer service standards and back-office accuracy to support business growth.
  • Act as the key liaison for local authorities, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Report on performance, KPIs, and operational needs to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in operations leadership, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or financial services.
  • Strong experience managing multi-functional teams and department heads.
  • Solid understanding of CySEC regulations, AML/KYC, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English ,Greek is a plus.
