As wecontinue to expand, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Online Reputation Management (ORM)Coordinator to support our ORMDepartment. This role requires strong communication, crisis management, andteam coordination skills to ensure smooth operations within the team.You will be responsible formanaging communication between teams, handling crisis situations, and ensuringthat all ORM -related tasks are completed efficiently. Additionally, you willwork closely with designers, content creators, the paid social media team andother team members to generate necessaryassets while reporting back to the ORM Manager. Yourrole at HFM:Organizingand managing the ORM team's workflow and tasks.Monitorand address activities or trends that may impact the brand's online presence.Act asthe main communication bridge between teams and departments.Monitorkey review websites and forums; respond promptly to protect and enhance thecompany's online reputation.Manageand maintain the social media content calendar, including planning, schedulingand overseeing all posting activities across platforms.Managethe editorial content calendar and develop content ideas to promote thecompany's offerings and strengthen its online presence.Collaborateclosely with cross -functional teams to create content and assets, ensuringmessage and brand consistency.Overseesocial community management, including managing social media channels, engagingwith users and responding promptly to inquiries and comments.Expandand improve theORM education plan within the organization.Handlecrisis management and ensure swift resolution of ORM -related issues.Requirements Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.3–5years of experience in ORM, Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing.Experiencein large companies and managing multi -team projects.Exceptionalcommunication skills (high -level).Fluentin English (written and spoken).Ableto remain calm and effective under pressure.Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Detail -orientedwith a focus on accuracy and quality in all work.Preferred SkillsExperiencewith Jira or other project management tools.Backgroundin project management and team coordination.Familiaritywith social media management and monitoring tools.Experienceor familiarity with financial markets.Applicants must be eligibleor have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.BenefitsHybrid Work Model (up to 2 days working from home).22 days of Annual Leave (reachingup to 30 days per year based on years' service)Comprehensive Health& Life Insurance (from day one)Friday afternoons offin Summer (July &August)Birthday LeaveGym Membership (Larnaca)Referral BonusPaid Time Off forTraining & Education Ready to Kick Offan Exceptional Career?Join HFM and shape your future with a company that values growth, innovation and people.Sounds like you?
