We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web applications with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. This role requires strong technical expertise in React and front-end best practices, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

You will:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability.
  • Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks
  • Contribute to architectural decisions for scaling applications globally.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years in
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind 4 CSS framework and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with state management libraries (Redux).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
  • Strong understanding of frontend build tools (Vite).
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Russian will be an added advantage for effective technical communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or high-performance apps.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure).
  • UI/UX design appreciation and ability to work with design systems (Figma, Storybook).
