The Opportunity

We are looking for a
strategic, tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist (AI Funnel Architect)
to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of
AI-driven marketing funnels
. This is a unique opportunity to combine marketing expertise with cutting-edge AI technology to drive
engagement, conversions, and customer retention

Key Responsibilities

· Design and build end-to-end marketing funnels for promotions, lead nurturing, and onboarding.

· Use AI tools to personalize user journeys and automate decision-making within funnels.

· Leverage AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MAKE, ActiveCampaign) for content, segmentation, and performance optimization.

· Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI tools with CRM, email platforms, and analytics dashboards.

· Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, social media, landing pages).

· Continuously monitor, test, and optimize funnel performance using data-driven insights.

· Analyze user behavior to create dynamic onboarding flows tailored to customer segments.

· Track KPIs such as conversions, engagement, and ROI, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

· Proven experience in marketing automation and funnel creation.

· Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and platforms.

· Strong knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing, and customer segmentation.

· Analytical mindset with expertise in A/B testing and performance tracking.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.
