Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Consultant
to join our team. The successful candidate will begin with a structured training program designed to build a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, client management, and internal compliance methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation to clients on compliance and regulatory matters, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and industry standards.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of compliance strategies, frameworks, and internal control systems.

• Assist clients in preparing, reviewing, and submitting reports required by regulatory authorities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.

• Support clients in obtaining regulatory approvals for key operational or ownership changes, ensuring adherence to all relevant requirements.

• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and due diligence reviews to ensure compliance with AML/CFT regulations, reducing exposure to financial and reputational risk.

• Perform compliance risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

• Participate in and conduct internal audit reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and internal controls, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of corrective actions.

• Stay informed of evolving regulatory developments and interpret their impact on client operations, providing timely and practical advice.

• Collaborate with internal departments to integrate compliance principles into daily business practices.

• Participate in compliance monitoring reviews and audits, identifying areas for improvement and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.

• Maintain open and professional communication with regulatory authorities, auditors, and clients on compliance-related matters.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Up to two (2) years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or financial services.

• Junior candidates with no prior experience are also encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards will be considered an advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.

• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
