We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager with a strong commercial mindset and proven ability to expand client portfolios and drive new revenue.

You'll take ownership of client acquisition and business growth while collaborating closely with our media and integration teams to ensure smooth delivery and outstanding client results.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or lead generation.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing B2B clients in Fintech, Crypto, Gaming, or iGaming.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho, Trello, HubSpot, Slack).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel – ability to create detailed reports, analyze performance data, and optimize sales tracking processes.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Acquire and grow new business. Identify, engage, and close deals with clients across multiple verticals.
  • Build a strong pipeline, Prospect, nurture, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Streamline operations, optimize workflows across sales, media, and integration using Trello and Zoho CRM.
  • Drive performance, prepare proposals, commercial offers, and sales reports aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure client success, oversee onboarding, verify lead quality, and maintain client satisfaction.
