We are seeking an experienced and ambitious
Sr. Sales Manager
 with international experience in Payment, Exchange, Acquisition, and Digital Banking who will strengthen our commercial function and lead the team to market leader position.

DNA of the role: achieving ambitious revenue and active customer targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieving overall revenue growth targets for the company.

  • Maintaining client and partner growth plans with subsequent raising of the bar, as well as re-engaging inactive clients.

  • Developing the most attractive terms for working with clients and partners in collaboration with the Operations team.

  • Working closely with lead generation, sales, and customer success sales teams.

  • Searching for and testing new sales channels, monitoring market trends.

  • Preparation and participation in international exhibitions.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in relevant roles in Fintech.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.

- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in closing complex deals.

  • Deep knowledge of payment platforms, banking, and digital assets.

  • Results-oriented with an emphasis on measurable results.

- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
