Commercial Legal Counsel – Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to join the expanding Legal team. This role is ideal for a motivated and ambitious commercial lawyer eager to work on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely legal advice on commercial and corporate matters, including labour law, partnerships, international ventures, and corporate finance.

Negotiate and draft commercial agreements:

Game supplier agreements

Payment service provider agreements

License and marketing agreements

NDAs and related contracts

Advise on intellectual property and licensing matters.

Liaise with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific issues, including litigation, enforcement, and license applications.

Support M&A activities in collaboration with management.

Develop and implement internal policies and procedures.

Train and guide internal teams on relevant legal matters.

Requirements

LLB degree (LLM an advantage), preferably from a UK university.

Admitted to the Bar in your jurisdiction of qualification.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience, ideally with in-house exposure.

Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory frameworks.

Experience in regulated industries (fintech, iGaming, financial services) is a plus.

Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Prior iGaming and licensing experience is an asset.
