Digipro Education Ltd, a leading provider of educational services in Paphos, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time or Full-Time Accountant to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the accounting cycle, from processing accounts payable and receivable to preparing financial and other accounting statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify and record invoices from suppliers
  • Record and check company bank statements
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Ensure adherence to accounting best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant tax regulations
  • Prepare financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Generate management reports to support business decisions
  • Manage fixed asset records
  • Oversee payroll processing
  • Coordinate with external auditors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent a plus)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience with accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
