JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking to hire sales-driven and results-oriented
Sales Account Managers (Spanish speakers)
to join the FX world and focus on converting high-quality leads into active trading accounts. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, guiding them through the account opening process, explaining our products and services, and ensuring a seamless transition from lead to active client.
- Contact new leads promptly to maximise conversion potential.
- Present our trading platforms, instruments, and account types to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Guide prospects through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all interactions.
- Coordinate with the retention team to ensure smooth handover of new clients for long-term relationship management.
- Achieve monthly KPIs on account openings, first deposits, and conversion rates.
- Provide market insights, platform demonstrations, and basic trading guidance (non-advisory).
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- 6 months-2 years' previous
sales
experience (
B2B
or
B2C
or
Business Development
) - Relevant sales experience within the Forex/ FinTech/ i-Gaming industry will be considered a plus.
- Native/Business fluency in
at least one
of the following languages:
English/ Spanish/ Arabic
(written & spoken). - Sales-driven and self-motivated.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Organised and adaptable.
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 is an advantage.
