Position Overview

We are seeking an
experienced Sales Operations Manager
to streamline our sales processes, optimize operational workflows, and enhance collaboration between sales, media, and integration teams. This role is critical to ensuring that our international sales force can focus on high-value client engagement while operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence & Workflow Management
    – Lead, structure, and monitor operational workflows across sales, media, and integration departments using Trello, Zoho CRM, and advanced project management methodologies.
  • Sales Enablement
    – Support the sales team by preparing contracts, proposals, and reporting dashboards that align with client and corporate requirements.
  • Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
    – Oversee end-to-end onboarding processes, ensuring seamless delivery of creatives, first-lead verification, and CRM visibility.
  • Quality Assurance & Client Retention
    – Monitor lead quality feedback, escalate insights to media buying teams, and implement continuous improvement cycles to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
  • Process Automation & Reporting
    – Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual workload and ensure accurate reporting of KPIs and revenue pipelines.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination
    – Serve as the operational hub between sales, account management, finance, and technical teams to align corporate objectives.
  • Strategic Calendar & Stakeholder Management
    – Manage high-level meeting scheduling, pipeline reviews, and C-level reporting while ensuring timely follow-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven track record
    in sales operations, business operations, or project management within a
    performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or lead generation company
    .
  • Demonstrated experience in
    Fintech, Crypto, Gaming, or iGaming sectors
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
    and
    project management tools (Trello, Monday, Asana)
    .
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex workflows under tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
