We are looking for a talented CRM Lead to join our team.
In this role, you will:

  • Building a CRM strategy and managing a CRM plan for different locations
  • Planning segmentation and CRM activities
  • Running tests and analyzing their results to increase player activity and retention
  • Managing, initiating, and facilitating meetings with the CRM team
  • Developing bonus mechanics and campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness
  • Controlling and working with metrics: ATPU, RR, BR, DAU/MAU, Conversion by type of communication
  • Presenting CRM activities progress, experiment results, and impact on product performance to stakeholders
  • Compiling and maintaining reports with CRM activity results.

Skills you'll need to bring:

  • 2+ years in CRM management within the iGaming industry, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships
  • Experience in building communication flows using various communication channels.
  • Proactive & Initiative: You take charge and are ready to lead projects to successful completion
  • Data-Driven: You make decisions based on metrics and KPIs, leveraging data for insights Communication
  • Skills: You can effectively communicate with various teams and clients, crafting clear and compelling messages
  • Customer Understanding: You deeply analyze customer needs and behavior to develop personalized offerings
  • Creative Problem Solver: You find innovative solutions to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Adaptable: You quickly respond to market changes and are ready for new challenges
  • Market Analyst: You research trends and competitors to refine CRM strategies and products
  • English: B2+
  • Ukrainian: would be a plus
