About Us

Collect Group Holdings CY Ltd is a Cyprus-based holding company operating across fintech and digital asset services, including licensed subsidiaries such as Collect & Exchange and Collect & Pay.

Our group focuses on providing innovative and compliant financial and crypto-related solutions across multiple jurisdictions. We are expanding our finance team and looking for an experienced accountant to support the group's Cyprus operations, primarily for Collect & Exchange CY Ltd.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Legal & Compliance Officer to join one of our affiliated companies in Limassol. In this role, you will support compliance activities, conduct communication with regulator and assist with reporting.

The main responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the business in maintaining, updating, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Drafting and reviewing of different commercial agreements, agreements with 3rd party providers, banks, and regulators
  • Preparing/ drafting resolutions, minutes, and other documents for all the BOD/ shareholders of the Group.
  • Providing legal advice and support for all internal departments.
  • Stay up-to-date on legal developments and new laws and regulations that may impact our business.
  • Responsible for incorporation of Group companies.
  • Conduct compliance audits and prepare analytical reports on potential compliance issues.
  • Perform client reviews and customer due diligence.
  • Communicate with clients, update client files and risk classifications.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of new and existing clients to identify potential money laundering issues.
  • Review and update the Company's Risk-Based Approach and related policies as needed.
  • Support the preparation and submission of required reports to CySEC and other regulators as applicable.
  • Collaborate with business units to investigate and resolve any compliance related issues and breaches.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of compliance procedures and activities.
  • Stay updated on new laws and regulations related to the Company's operations.
  • Undertake other compliance-related activities and projects as necessary.

Main requirements:

  • Degree in Law.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus and International corporate laws and regulations.
  • Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information.
  • CySEC Advanced or AML certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of fund management framework will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English, any other language will be considered as an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment; Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity of character and high levels of confidentiality.

  • Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 with flexible mornings from 08 till 09:00.
