Who We Are

Hi, my name is Elgi. I work in a marketing company, and we help businesses attract new clients and make more money.

We've been in the market for more than 5 years. We run ads on Google, TikTok, Taboola, Meta, and other platforms, and we handle the entire process end-to-end:

  • creating ad creatives,
  • building landing pages,
  • setting up company social media accounts,
  • configuring ad campaigns,
  • analyzing data and optimizing performance.

We work across many industries: finance, beauty, insurance, legal, software (for example, antivirus), tourism, and others.

In terms of scale, our clients vary. On average, they spend $10,000–$50,000 per month on marketing, but we also have around ten large clients with budgets in the range of $300,000–$800,000 per month.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who has access to business owners who need clients and are interested in launching online advertising. Or someone who knows how and where to easily find such contacts.

This role is fully remote — you can work from anywhere in the world.

Small Businesses and the Entry Package

We do have an entry-level package designed to make it easier for smaller businesses to start working with us. This package exists so more companies can try our services, and later some of them grow into larger-scale clients.

We are open to working with small businesses on this package, but only if they have growth potential. For example:

  • if they are planning to expand and open new locations,
  • or if they could gradually outsource more client acquisition work to us.

If it's microbusinesses without real growth potential (for example, home-based individual service providers), that's not the type of client we're interested in. We want to make this clear upfront, so both sides avoid disappointment.

Payment Terms

This is a commission-based role (no fixed salary). There are several possible formats:

  • $500 per client — if they fit into our entry-level package (e.g., a beauty salon with plans to expand).
  • % of profit from client ad budgets — if you bring in medium or large clients with bigger budgets. This is negotiated individually and can be much more lucrative.
  • Payment per meeting (CPL) — in some cases, we can pay for arranged online meetings with potential clients. This is only relevant for medium and large companies with ad budgets starting from $100,000 per month.

Payment Methods

We are flexible with payments:

  • we can pay in any convenient way,
  • we can work under an official contract and transfer to any bank worldwide,
  • we can also agree on the payout schedule (for example, more frequent payments per client at the beginning, later moving to monthly payments).
