Job Overview
:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Accountant/Bookkeeper
to join our dedicated accounting team The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and a keen interest in financial reporting and analysis.

Working Hours
: 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour break included).

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Post journal entries and process invoices, expenses, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist with PSPs daily reconciliation.
  • Assist in analyzing and monitoring financial reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
  • Liaise with local authorities (e.g. Social Insurance, VAT, tax authorities).
  • Assist in managing and ensuring accounts segregations of "A-Book" and "B-Book".
  • Perform any other relevant duties that may be required from time to time.

Essential Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Previous experience with accounting software will be considered as advantage.(Netsuite, ESoft)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Well organized, ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks.

: Head of Accounting.
