About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic
Senior Accountant
to join our Finance team. This is not a typical accounting role — it combines
financial reporting, compliance, and FP&A
responsibilities, giving you exposure to senior management and a clear path toward Finance Manager or Controller roles.

You will ensure the accuracy of our financial statements under IFRS, drive monthly reporting and variance analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting processes. This role is hands-on, diverse, and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on decision-making in a fast-paced international environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare monthly financial statements, management packs, and variance analysis.
• Lead accruals, reconciliations, and reporting in line with IFRS.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Partner with the CFO and management team to provide financial insights.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with VAT and internal controls.
• Drive process improvements and participate in ad-hoc finance projects.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA/ACA/CPA preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in accounting, reporting, or FP&A.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Advanced Excel; Power BI or OneStream experience an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into broader finance leadership.
