ad, you'll go beyond filling roles — you'll empower a team, build strategic hiring capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Coach, guide and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, fostering their growth and development through regular feedback, goal setting, and performance reviews.
- Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring KPIs and recruitment targets are met while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key positions across departments, ensuring top talent is identified and hired efficiently.
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Oversee recruitment workflows, ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and alignment with business priorities.
- Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.
- Leverage data and insights to report on hiring performance, market trends, and opportunities for optimization.
- Support employer branding and outreach initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
What You Bring
- University Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or a related field
- 5+ years of solid HR experience, including hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a team leading role
- Experience in a fast-paced, international, or tech/finance-driven environment is a strong plus
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align local hiring practices with global initiatives
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to develop and inspire recruitment teams
- A data-driven mindset with experience setting and tracking team KPIs and performance metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and highly organized – you keep processes running smoothly even under pressure
- Fluent in English
