Talent Acquisition Specialist – Cyprus
The Role:
Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Group. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will dive into the exciting world of recruitment, wielding the power to discover and attract top talent that drives success and innovation. The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
- Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, other contemporary platforms etc.
- Screen CVs, conduct in-depth interviews and provide useful insights to hiring teams.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Champion our employer brand, create compelling content to showcase our culture and values and provide suggestions for further enhancements.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new trends, technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Deliver results as per pre-set KPIs and effectively manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Undertake any other relevant task as assigned.
Main requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or any other related field.
- CIPD qualification will be considered an advantage.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Resourceful with drive and passion for talent attraction.
- Enthusiastic, team player with a strong drive to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) will be considered an advantage.
