Your Mission:

At Doo Group, we're on the hunt for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our forex division. You'll be our eyes and ears on the ground, keeping us plugged into the best talent pools across the globe and ensuring we maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Source and engage high-caliber professionals who understand the forex business and can hit the ground running.
  • Build a positive candidate experience that reflects our brand and values, helping Doo Group stand out in a crowded market.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand our talent needs and advise on recruitment strategy.
  • Utilize metrics and data to drive decisions, improve processes, and showcase the impact of your recruiting efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Bring creativity to your outreach and sourcing efforts. Whether it's through LinkedIn, social channels, or innovative sourcing techniques, we want you to find the best talent in unique ways.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse positions - ideally within the forex industry
  • Solid understanding of the Forex industry, sales dynamics, and what makes a successful professional in this field.
  • Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, networking, and other creative channels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage and attract top talent.
  • Comfortable using recruitment metrics and analytics to measure success and optimize the hiring process.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities with a positive attitude.
