The Trading Pit is a rapidly growing proprietary trading firm. We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our growth over the next 6 months. This position is open to candidates based in Limassol (hybrid) or fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for technical, trading, and support roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor hiring practices in the trading and fintech industries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within financial services, trading, or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment strategies, and tools.
  • Ability to assess both technical skills and cultural fit across a variety of roles.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
