Marketing at Neoflow is strategic. You'll build content and partnerships that establish credibility with sophisticated buyers while enabling our expansion across multiple markets. While traditional fintechs rely on generic messaging, we see it as an opportunity to create distinctive positioning for modern, globally-minded businesses.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager at Neoflow, you will own the content strategy and partnership initiatives that drive our growth across payment infrastructure and digital currency markets. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll create thought leadership at the intersection of banking, payments, and crypto that positions Neoflow naturally as the solution for complex financial needs.
What You'll Do:
Build Content Infrastructure
• Develop and execute content strategy focused on payment infrastructure, crypto settlements, and banking
• Create educational thought leadership that demonstrates our expertise across traditional and digital finance
Drive Partnership Strategy
• Create partnership materials and co-marketing initiatives that drive quality referrals
• Develop relationships with professional services partners across key markets (EU, UK, Americas, MENA)
Own Brand & Positioning
• Ensure consistent messaging across all materials that makes prospects feel smart for choosing us
• Continuously refine positioning across website, sales collateral, and marketing materials
Scale Marketing Operations
• Develop marketing calendar and distribution strategy across multiple channels
• Create marketing materials that maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Track content performance and partnership metrics to inform strategy and optimize results
Who You Are:
Marketing Strategist - 2-4 years in B2B marketing for fintech, payments, financial services or similar with proven ability to create content that generates business results
Detail-Oriented - Methodical and organized with excellent project management and prioritization skills
Collaborative Leader - Strong communication skills with the ability to work across Product, Sales, Operations, and executive teams
