About the Role

Spotware Systems is looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to own marketing automation, CRM operations, and data-driven campaign execution across web, email, and social media channels. This hybrid strategic–technical role combines process design, lead management, and performance optimization to scale global lead generation and strengthen marketing–sales alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain marketing and operations automations via n8n, including internal notifications, review monitoring, AI-based lead qualification, and routing to Sales.
  • Execute ad-hoc data workflows in n8n: scrape and analyze target sources, enrich data, identify prospects, and sync to HubSpot lists.
  • Maintain HubSpot data hygiene — review incoming leads, deduplicate records, enrich missing fields (e.g., profile or social links), and ensure accurate routing.
  • Develop automated lead nurture sequences and support campaign workflows across the funnel.
  • Build and maintain email templates and modular components, migrate and organize templates for reuse and A/B testing.
  • Create light design assets in Figma for web and email, collaborating with designers when needed.
  • Own CMS operations: edit and publish website content while ensuring SEO and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with developers to design and implement new CMS sections, landing page templates, and structural updates to support evolving marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Build landing pages end-to-end — from wireframing and structure to CTAs, conversion tracking, and iterative optimization.
  • Manage microsites and Webflow landing pages, including updates and light front-end adjustments.
  • Oversee link tracking, shorteners, and UTM taxonomy to maintain consistent analytics standards.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards (HubSpot, GA4, Power BI) and report actionable insights.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and shared marketing resources in Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Coordinate workflows through task management tools; prioritize tasks, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Content teams to align campaigns and CRM logic.
     
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or trading platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot, N8N, Webflow, and AI tools for marketing automation.
  • Practical understanding of HTML and CSS for landing page customization and CMS operations.
  • Basic familiarity with MySQL and Python.
  • Experience with SEO, CRO, and email marketing.
  • Familiarity with data enrichment and lead scoring using AI tools (Clay, , ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage complex workflows and deliver measurable impact.
  • Excellent command of English and strong attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Background in fintech / FX / CFD industries.
  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
