Our client is an online broker in Limassol. On their platform you are able to trade in more than 26 countries and you have access to 120 stocks worldwide. Clients can invest independently in shares, options, etc. They are looking to hire a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing team in Limassol. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with 2+ years of experience who wants to make a significant impact in the fintech sector. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing their digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to drive customer acquisition and ROI.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and META (Facebook/Instagram) platforms
Manage and expand affiliate marketing partnerships to drive qualified leads
Implement LLM indexing strategies to improve our visibility in AI-powered search results
Optimize the use of AI tools for campaign management, content creation, and performance analysis
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting on ROI, CAC, and conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid campaigns with overall marketing strategy
Stay current with digital marketing trends and emerging platforms in the financial services sector
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing
Proven expertise in Google Ads and META Ads platforms
Experience with affiliate marketing programs and partner management
Understanding of LLM indexing and AI tool optimization
Interest or experience in financial services/trading/investment sectors
Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
Additional European language skills are a plus (Dutch, French, Italian or Spanish preferred)
Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Located in Limassol
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00 (onsite role)
