Our fast growing CFD broker is excited to advertise an incredible opportunity for a CRM Admin to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The CRM Admin will be the key person to streamline procedures, CRM flows and resolve system errors.

Job Requirements:

  • Taking initiatives, responsibility and investigating/learning/adapting along the way.
  • Experience within Financial Services is a big plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as FXBO would be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent verbal and written English command.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be considered a plus.
  • Experience with spreadsheets and creating reports.
  • Problem solving mindset.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assisting, monitoring and coordinating setup of CRM notifications (emails/push notifications).
  • Assisting, monitoring and coordinating content translations and localization QA for client area, mobile app and notification in several languages.
  • Updating daily financial reports.
  • Creating/assigning new commission profiles for partners and updating commission profile allocation flows.
  • Creating per-demand new CRM users and/or roles and updating client manager allocation flows.
  • Calculating and crediting Partner commissions.
  • Creating per-demand new CRM users and/or roles.
  • Monitoring/reconciling CRM data and report discrepancies.
  • Supporting other team members on "how to" and "how-so" queries and creating WIKI articles.
  • Assisting on communication with other functions on CRM issues and investigate resolutions.
  • Assisting on creating or testing new CRM flows (partners/emails/commissions).
