Payments Coordinator
to join our team

Your role at HFM:

  • Coordinate payments related projects, ensuring timely completion by coordinating resources and monitoring progress across related teams.
  • Liaise between teams regarding documentation, troubleshooting, and technical queries to resolve payments planning related issues promptly and align on timelines, deliverables, and requirements.
  • Work with internal teams (developers, product, compliance, finance) to achieve project roadmap goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date payments process documentation, including integration guidelines, troubleshooting processes, and configuration details.
  • Monitor payment metrics to identify areas for improvement and work to optimize performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, authentication mechanisms, and payment gateways.
  • Proficiency in communication and collaboration and understanding of both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging trends and technologies in the payments industry.
  • Familiarity with tools for financial reconciliation.
