Job Description:

Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν/μία Social Media & Digital Marketing Director με δημιουργικό πνεύμα, στρατηγική σκέψη και πάθος για την ψηφιακή επικοινωνία.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:
  • Δημιουργία, σχεδιασμός και παραγωγή διαφημιστικού υλικού (βίντεο, εικόνες, φωτογραφίες, banners κ.λπ.) για χρήση σε ιστοσελίδες και μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης.
  • Σχεδιασμός, υλοποίηση και παρακολούθηση διαδικτυακών διαφημιστικών καμπανιών (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, YouTube κ.ά.).
  • Ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικής περιεχομένου για τα social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Ανάλυση αποτελεσμάτων και δημιουργία αναφορών για την απόδοση των καμπανιών (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates).
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα marketing και τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας για την ενίσχυση της εταιρικής εικόνας.
Απαραίτητα προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο σε Marketing, Επικοινωνία, Ψηφιακά Μέσα ή συναφή κλάδο.
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 23 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Εξαιρετική γνώση των social media platforms και των εργαλείων digital advertising.
  • Ικανότητα δημιουργίας ελκυστικού και αποτελεσματικού περιεχομένου (βίντεο, εικόνα, copy).
  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων γραφιστικής και επεξεργασίας (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, κ.λπ.).
  • Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών.
Επιθυμητά προσόντα:
  • Δημιουργικότητα, οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση.
  • Εμπειρία σε SEO/SEM, email marketing ή content strategy θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
