Social Media Executive'
to join our team, based in Nicosia. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, reporting, and campaign execution across multiple brands and platforms, while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all social media activities. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistency and support ongoing initiatives.

What you'll do

· Plan and execute social media campaigns for CPO Group, ensuring consistency across platforms.

· Manage and schedule content calendars for social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) in collaboration with division heads.

· Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist and Brand Managers on Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, including monitoring and reporting on performance.

· Track social media trends and competitor activity, providing recommendations to strengthen execution.

· Analyze performance data and prepare clear, regular reports to measure progress and ROI.

· Support community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.

What we're looking for

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

· Proven experience in social media execution (scheduling, reporting, campaign support).

· Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

· Solid understanding of performance marketing, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and divisions.

· Adaptable and eager to stay up to date with new tools, trends, and platform changes.

· Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite is required; familiarity with additional tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social is a plus.

· Basic content creation and editing skills (images, short-form video, Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.

· Basic copywriting skills to support post scheduling and community responses.
