About The Role

We're looking for a CRM Manager with a strong interest in financial technologies.
In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that communicate the value of our financial products and new features to both internal audiences and external customers.

Your Mission
  • Plan, create, and manage lifecycle and product campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, stories, in-app, landing pages), including segmentation, setup, testing, and analysis.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver clear, user-focused communication around new features and launches.
  • Coordinate the full campaign creation process, serving as the main contact for product, CRM, and design stakeholders.
  • Partner with legal and compliance to review and approve communications.
  • Identify opportunities to increase adoption, engagement, and retention, and support cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and feature launch strategies with consistent messaging across channels.
  • Create and optimize content and promotional materials for emails, in-app, and web campaigns.
  • Monitor results and optimize campaigns using A/B testing and data insights.
  • Apply segmentation and lifecycle expertise to design personalized communication flows.


Your Profile
  • 3+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience with proven success; Braze experience is a plus.
  • Excellent English (C1–C2 level). Able to write and proofread English texts for native audiences.
  • Analytical approach and familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, and Google Analytics; SQL is a plus.
  • Understanding of EU financial products, investments, and crypto.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and compliance teams.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to turn complex financial topics into simple, engaging stories.
