iGaming — это скорость, цифры и нестандартные решения. И мы ищем CRM/Retention Manager-а, который умеет превращать данные в персонализированные кампании и бонусные механики, которые реально работают.
Что будем делать
  • Разрабатывать и внедрять CRM-стратегии для LATAM: email, SMS, push, in-app и лендинги.
  • Создавать и оптимизировать автоматизированные цепочки и сегментацию пользователей.
  • Настраивать, оформлять и отправлять рассылки, следить за визуальным и текстовым контентом.
  • Анализировать эффективность кампаний по ключевым метрикам: NGR, GGR, LTV, churn, BR и др.
  • Настраивать бонусные механики, рассчитывать их экономику и риски.
  • Работать вместе с дизайнерами, копирайтерами, acquisition/affiliate менеджерами и продуктовой командой.

  • Есть опыт 2+ лет в роли CRM/Retention Manager в iGaming-компании.
  • Отлично понимаешь метрки и умеешь работать с аналитикой.
  • Знаешь, как строить цепочки коммуникаций и сегментировать базу пользователей.
  • Умеешь рассчитывать бонусные предложения и прогнозировать их эффект на бизнес.
  • Коммуникабельный, умеешь взаимодействовать с командами разных функций.
  • Системный подход сочетаешь с умением быстро принимать решения.
  • Опыт работы с ГЕО LATAM будет преимуществом.
