What You Will Be Doing

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with VIP players in the Uzbekistan market.

  • Develop tailored retention and engagement strategies that fit local player behavior.

  • Monitor activity, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized offers and solutions.

  • Work closely with CRM, Payments, and Support teams to provide a seamless VIP journey.

Act as a brand ambassador — professional, approachable, and player-focused.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience in VIP management, account management, or customer relations (iGaming a big plus).

  • Fluency in Uzbek and Russian (English is an advantage).

  • Excellent communication skills — able to connect with players in a natural and professional way.

  • Strong understanding of local culture, player psychology, and retention practices.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven with a focus on long-term relationships.
