Overview
Spotware Systems is expanding its presence in the Asian markets and is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team.
We are looking for native or fluent speakers of one of the following languages: Mandarin, Vietnamese, Thai, or Indonesian, with strong command of English.
The successful candidate will help bring our product and services to new audiences across the APAC region, leveraging both local insights and international sales experience.
This position offers a unique opportunity to represent a leading European fintech product in fast-growing Asian markets.
Business Development, reports to Head of Sales.
Responsibilities
- Contacting and qualifying leads via phone, email, and other channels.
- Connecting with as many leads as possible to promote the company's products and services using both company and personal networks.
- Managing existing accounts and creating brand awareness, educational opportunities, and referrals.
- Coordinating in-person meetings and calls between clients and the company.
- Answering client inquiries, identifying issues, and making suggestions for new or improved products or services.
- Representing Spotware Systems at industry events and expos when required.
- Experience in the Financial Industry (B2B) or Tech Providers.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM software or Trading Platforms.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
- Fluency in English and native or fluent proficiency in one of the following languages: Mandarin, Vietnamese, Thai, or Indonesian.
- Ability to travel if required and represent Spotware Systems professionally.
