Business Development Manager

Spotware Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. This role is designed for a fluent English speaker who will relocate to Cyprus (EU).
The Business Development Manager (Liquidity) will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and managing leads across both new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, results-driven, experienced in institutional sales, and motivated to bring Spotware's liquidity and technology solutions to new markets.
Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads and drive sales using both company and personal networks.Execute targeted outbound and inbound sales efforts to senior business decision-makers.Advance qualified opportunities through the sales funnel and build a sustainable pipeline.Qualify new leads (Retail Brokers, Prop Firms, etc.) using proven sales techniques.Manage current accounts, increasing brand awareness and driving client engagement.Arrange and coordinate meetings, calls, and demos with clients.Handle client enquiries via calls and emails, identifying issues and suggesting improvements.Requirements
Proven experience in Institutional Sales (Liquidity) – essential.Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.Existing network and personal connections within the financial services industry.Previous experience as a Dealer or Broker is an advantage.Strong analytical skills and ability to work with MS Excel (spreadsheets/charts).Willingness to travel for industry events and expos.Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).An AI-augmented mindset: using AI not occasionally, but as a core part of your daily workflow and decision-making.Conditions
