Role Description

This is a full-time ON-SITE role for a Business Development Manager located in Limassol. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and generating revenue. Day-to-day tasks include market research, prospecting, outreach to potential clients, travelling to conferences and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing and technical teams to align business strategies and goals.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel at least 3 times a year to attend conferences
  • Strong Market Research and Analytical skills
  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the digital advertising industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Other languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese, Filipino, Malay, Indonesian... are a plus
