, dedicated to providing our guests with a distinctive gastronomic experience that combines the finest traditions of Asian and contemporary cuisine. At present, our presence extends to two cities in Cyprus — Paphos and Limassol — while we also deliver catering services across the island. Our ambitions, however, go far beyond: we are currently constructing a large-scale central kitchen facility, preparing to launch operations in an additional city, and developing two entirely new projects.
In connection with our dynamic expansion, we are announcing the opening of the position of
Brand Chef
, who will assume responsibility for leading the culinary direction of the company. We are seeking a highly qualified professional with proven expertise, passion for the craft, and the ability to take on complex and ambitious challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing the technological process of dish preparation, overseeing menu development across all restaurants, and introducing new dishes based on consumer demand analysis.
- Participating in the recruitment of managerial staff (head chefs and their deputies).
- Preparing staff schedules.
- Conducting training on cooking technologies, organizing personnel training on new techniques, recipes, and other operational matters.
- Monitoring and analyzing the efficiency of work time utilization.
- Quality control.
- Monitoring Food Cost.
- Ensuring compliance with dish preparation standards, ingredient portions, and adherence to sanitary requirements and personal hygiene by staff.
- Developing the overall menu concept.
- Overseeing and analyzing inventory.
- Participating in supplier selection, maintaining interactions, and managing supplier relationships.
- Ensuring staff compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, sanitary requirements, personal hygiene, production and labor discipline, and internal workplace rules.
- Approving and signing technological and costing cards.
- Participating in restaurant concept development.
- Reviewing and working with ABC analysis.
- Participating in gastronomic festivals and competitions.
- PR activities: interviews, articles, social media.
- Maintaining brand recognition and upholding its core values.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a
Brand Chef
or
Executive Chef
, with responsibility for multiple restaurants or outlets. - Proven experience in
chain or international restaurant projects
across various culinary directions,
including Pan-Asian cuisine
. - Formal culinary education; additional training or masterclasses with renowned chefs will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in
English
(B2 level or higher) with the ability to conduct business communication fluently.
