Restaurant General Manager, Paphos - RGM/11/25

Our client, a luxury hotel, is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our signature dining venues.

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Restaurant General Manager will be fully responsible for the restaurant's day-to-day operations, profitability, and service excellence. This role combines strong operational leadership with strategic business acumen, ensuring that every detail, from guest experience and team culture to financial performance, reflects the world-class of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

 Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring flawless service and guest satisfaction.

Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team committed to delivering luxury-level hospitality.

Drive profitability through effective cost control, revenue management, and upselling initiatives.

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in collaboration with the F&B Director and Finance team.

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.

Work closely with the Executive Chef and Culinary Team to maintain menu excellence, consistency, and innovation.

Lead pre-service briefings and regular team trainings to ensure product knowledge and service standards are upheld.

Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships efficiently.

Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring effective service recovery and continuous improvement.

Support marketing and promotional activities to drive awareness and revenue.

Participate actively in departmental meetings and cross-functional coordination within the resort.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Minimum 4 years' management experience in fine dining or luxury resort restaurants.

Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving financial goals.

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.

Excellent communication skills in Greek and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Professional appearance, integrity, and attention to detail.

Eligibility to live and work in the EU is required.
