We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager in Transfer Pricing. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and drive compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and documentation in accordance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct economic analyses and benchmarking studies to support transfer pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on transfer pricing matters and business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of transfer pricing analysts, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Liaise with external advisors and tax authorities to address transfer pricing queries and audits.
  • Stay updated on changes in transfer pricing regulations and best practices, ensuring the organisation remains compliant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transfer pricing, tax, or a related field, ideally within a multinational corporation or consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-specialists.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Excel and transfer pricing databases.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing teams effectively.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ADIT)
