We're looking for an
Italian
VIP Customer Support Agent
to handle inquiries from our high-value players and ensure a premium service experience - especially during
night shifts
, five days a week with
rotating weekends
.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
  • Proactive with strong customer service or sales skills;
  • Great communication and problem-solving abilities;
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused;
  • Experience in iGaming or VIP support is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle VIP customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone;
  • Maintain personal, long-term relationships with VIPs;
  • Collaborate with the VIP team for smooth service delivery;
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards;
  • Work
    night shifts
    (5 PM–2 AM), 5 days/week, including
    rotating weekends.
