On behalf of our client, we're hiring a Social Media Manager to lead strategy, build communities, and drive engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns to achieve measurable results
  • Manage clients' social media accounts, including monthly content calendars, scheduling, boosting, and monitoring
  • Act as the voice and moderator for each brand, ensuring a positive and authentic presence across platforms
  • Monitor and engage in social conversations, responding to comments and questions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results
  • Create and present social media performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage Meta Business Manager tasks including user permissions, asset access, and account settings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and effective

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Pinterest) and their best uses
  • Proven experience managing social media campaigns (organic and paid)
  • Experience with analytics tools and social advertising platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and digital storytelling
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
