This role focuses on managing the supply chain, monitoring orders, and providing customer support, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain.

  • Monitor and evaluate orders, sales processes, and prepare relevant reports.

  • Manage and resolve any order-related issues.

  • Provide technical advice and operational support to clients to optimize their performance.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • MBA will be considered an advantage.

  • Proven experience in a similar role.

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate at all levels.

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office.
