CPA Operations Manager
to join our team.
The
CPA Operations Manager
is a vital member of our brand-new CPA team, responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, efficient partner onboarding, and consistent promotion of the affiliate program across multiple channels. Reporting directly to the
Head of Affiliates
, this role balances operational coordination with creative execution — from managing contracts and paperwork, to organizing events and expos, supporting affiliate onboarding, and running CPA program social channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with affiliate managers, marketing department, and external partners to ensure the CPA program operates seamlessly, scales effectively, and aligns with business objectives.
Your role at HFM:
- Support the operational workflow of the CPA team, ensuring smooth coordination across affiliates, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle paperwork including IOs, contracts, and agreements with affiliates, service providers, and marketing agencies.
- Assist with affiliate onboarding, ensuring new partners are integrated smoothly into the program.
- Organize and manage industry events and expos (booths, logistics, branded marketing materials, and merchandise).
- Actively promote the affiliate CPA program through interviews, podcasts, meetups, and networking activities.
- Manage CPA program social media channels, creating and publishing engaging content in cooperation with copywriters and designers.
- Cooperate with the marketing team to align on brand awareness, paid search, PR, content, and third-party campaigns.
- Prepare and support distribution of promotional and PR content highlighting CPA program updates, success stories, and key milestones.
- Provide operational and marketing support to the Affiliate team for strategic and tactical projects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, affiliate marketing, or event/project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows (contracts, onboarding, events).
- Familiarity with CPA affiliate programs, performance marketing, or partnerships preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in social media management and external representation.
- Hands-on event planning experience (expos, meetups, networking events).
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM/affiliate systems is a plus.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Fluency in English (additional languages as an advantage).
