Supreme Travel Cyprus – DMC is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Operations Manager
to lead our daily operations across Cyprus. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth execution of services, manage supplier relations, and maintain high service standards for our FITs, groups, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee all operational activities across Cyprus to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services


• Manage daily logistics including transfers, tours, activities, and special arrangements


• Lead, supervise, and support the operations team


• Coordinate closely with reservations, contracting, suppliers, and transportation partners


• Ensure smooth arrivals/departures at airports and ports


• Handle urgent situations, complaints, and service recovery professionally


• Conduct site inspections and quality checks


• Implement operational procedures and workflows


• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners


• Provide daily and weekly operational reports to management

Requirements


• 3–5 years' experience in a similar operations role in Cyprus (tourism or DMC preferred)


• Strong destination and supplier knowledge


• Excellent leadership and communication skills


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Fluency in Greek & English is mandatory.


• Valid Cyprus driving license is an asset.
