Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an EU Project Manager/Researcher based in Larnaca Municipality, with flexibility for partial remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the implementation and coordination of EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, conducting research to support project goals, and submitting reports. The role also includes liaising with stakeholders, expediting project deliverables, managing logistics, and performing project inspections. Furthermore, the EU Project Manager/Researcher will contribute to proposals for new EU or national funding opportunities while fostering innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Expeditor and Expediting to ensure the timely and efficient progression of project deliverables
  • Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of EU-funded projects
  • Proficient in Inspection processes to verify compliance with project requirements and objectives
  • Experience in Logistics Management for coordinating activities, resources, and timelines effectively
  • Proven analytical and research abilities to support evidence-based decision-making in projects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and team members
  • Familiarity with EU funding programs and regulations is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Social Sciences, Engineering) is required; a Master's degree is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an asset
