Project Coordinator Larnaca | Hybrid | 28K32K Gross

This Larnaca-based venture capital firm doesn't just invest in startups they help build them. And that means your coordination skills won't be lost in a corporate silo.

Working closely with the Project Manager and department leads, you'll support the delivery of projects across all business units each with its own stakeholders, scope, and pace. You'll help build project plans, track performance, prepare reports, and solve problems before they escalate.

You'll need:

  • Some experience in a coordination role (12 years is fine).

  • Solid organisation and communication chops.

  • A basic grip on project frameworks like Agile or Waterfall.

  • A proactive mindset and natural curiosity this team likes people who speak up, ask why, and suggest better ways.

Familiar with Jira or Great. If not, they'll train you.
