Limassol Cyprus bbf: Full time €20,000 - €25,000 per year

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Russian Speaking Receptionist for our project in Limassol.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Providing a high level of service at the complex reception — welcoming and coordinating residents and guests, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, document management.
  • Maintaining records, databases, and internal reporting.
  • Promptly responding to residents' inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
  • Organizing visitor access, interacting with security and technical staff.

Requirements for the position:

  • Fluency in Russian and English is required; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
  • Previous experience at a reception desk, in hospitality, or in an administrative role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business communication proficiency.
  • Confident user of MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Presentable appearance, politeness, tact, and a friendly attitude.
  • Responsibility, stress resistance, and the ability to work well in a team.
